These unloaded lateral tuck-jump families distinguish bilateral and single-leg contacts, airborne knee height, gaze and tennis-ball handling. Choose the required contact pattern before increasing the movement or visual demand.

Read The Demonstration Notes
The bilateral mid-level clip uses four rings instead of the book’s two outside-foot targets. The single-leg clip shows one right-leg crossing and a partial setup, rather than the complete back-and-forth drill. The pages supply the full written routes and clearly identify what the footage does not show.
Preserve The Selected Task
Cone clearance does not establish the required knee height. Retain the working leg during the single-leg outward and return crossings. Ball handling adds a visual and receiving task without changing the specified foot contacts. These families are unloaded; a loaded demonstration is a different task.
