How To Perform The Exercise

Start with the bar supported at shoulder height. Use a shallow controlled dip with coordinated knee and hip action, then drive upward and extend the elbows to establish overhead support. Keep the torso organized instead of hinging forward. Lower under control to the front rack and reset.

Technique Cue

Use a shallow dip with a steady trunk and secure bar support at the shoulders. Allow the wrist position needed for the front rack, then establish a stacked overhead grip without excessive back arch.
